Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new drops or high-volume launches, processing may take a little longer—but we promise it’s worth the wait 😉
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping speed.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. While we do our best to get it out quickly, we are not responsible for shipping delays once your package is in transit.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. If you need help, we’re always happy to point you in the right direction!
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
